Landen Withthrow Commits to Men’s Soccer!
Men's Soccer welcomes 6'1 center back Landen Withrow! Landen is from Riverton, Wyoming, where he attended Riverton high school. During his high school career, Withrow was a varsity starter for three years, winning three region titles with his team! Landen brings experience and winning culture to the men's soccer program!
When asked why he chose Trinity Bible College, Landen stated: "I was given the opportunity to play soccer and continue to grow and stay in touch with my religious side."
Head Coach Daniel Hawker stated with excitement: "Landen is a great addition to the squad! He reads the game very well and his defensive instincts often put him in the right position to break up the attack. He knows when to step, when to drop and is disciplined enough to hold the line! His height and athleticism increase our capacity to defend in the air and give us options offensively on set plays. Landen is a regular church attender and is actively involved in FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes). This fills me with confidence that he will immediately find himself at home with us! Needless to say, I'm very excited about what Landen will add to our squad both on and off the field. This is shaping up to be our best recruiting season to date, and we aren't finished yet!"
Men's soccer is continuing to fill out their roster for the upcoming season. We are very excited to see Landen on campus and on the field this fall!
