Manny Lankford Signs with Trinity Bible College Men’s Basketball
Trinity Bible College men's basketball program has landed a promising addition to its roster with the signing of Manny Lankford, a versatile 6'3" forward out of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Lankford, who was named to the Prep Hoops Second Team, brings a strong, all-around game and a high motor to the Lions. Known for his physicality and ability to score from multiple spots on the floor, Lankford is expected to make an immediate impact.
In the words of Head Coach Jordan Nowell: "Adding Manny to the team will really make us more formidable this fall! Manny is 6'3" and solid. He has the ability to score inside and out. His back-to-the-basket work, combined with his abilities at the perimeter, will prove vital in helping us create mismatches, along with being able to rebound and defend. I can see Manny really excelling in our system. I'm excited to see what Manny will be able to do for us in his first year as a Lion!"
Lankford's decision to choose Trinity Bible College was about more than basketball. "It is a place to grow on and off the court," he said. "There are great coaches and a nice community."
