Tyler Bye Commits to Trinity Bible College
Detroit Lakes High School senior Tyler Bye has officially committed to Trinity Bible College, to continue his academic and athletic career. Bye is a 6 foot guard who brings a dynamic skill set and a drive to compete at the next level all while pursuing his faith and academic goals.
In high school, Bye was a key contributor at Detroit Lakes High School. He provided a versatile skill set, with his abilities to shoot, score, and defend at a high level. Tyler's skillset and hard work earned him an Honorable Mention All-Central Lakes Conference honors.
Trinity's Head Coach Jordan Nowell is enthusiastic about the impact Bye will have on the program right away. "Adding a talented and versatile player like Tyler to our team for next season is a game changer for us," Nowell said. "He's a dynamic 6'0 guard that can shoot and finish at the rim. He's going to make things easier on the offensive end for us. His athleticism will cause problems for the opposing team. Even as a true freshman, Tyler will come in and be able to contribute on day one. I couldn't be more excited to add such a hard worker and talented basketball player to our team! We've got big plans for Tyler!"
We are very excited to see Tyler on the court and on campus this fall!
