Women's Lions Basketball Team Signs Kaitlyn Stoughton
The Trinity Bible College women's basketball team is excited to announce the signing of Kaitlyn Stoughton for the 2020-2021 season. Stoughton is a 5'9" power forward from Claremore, OK. She received her high school degree through her homeschooling education, and she plans to major in Elementary Education while attending TBC.
It is clear through her recognitions and statistics that Stoughton will be a great addition to the team this year. During her high school experience, Stoughton received 1st Place in the Pistol Pete Free-Throw Content, and she also earned the honor of All Tournament Team at both the Regional and National levels.
When asked why she chose to attend Trinity Bible College, Stoughton replied, "I fell in love with Trinity when visiting this summer! All of the faculty were warm, welcoming, and helpful, and I immediately knew this was where I wanted to be."
Coach Rachael Nowell had this to say about her new recruit, "I couldn't be more excited to have Kaitlyn join our team this fall! She's motivated, hard working, and excited to get back into the game! With Kaitlyn being a transfer, she brings a level of spiritual maturity and experience to our team that will greatly benefit us. Welcome to the Lion family Kaitlyn!"
