Lady Lions Basketball Signs Brenna Anderson
The Trinity Bible College women's basketball team is excited to announce their first signee for the 2020-2021 season! Brenna Anderson is a senior guard from Sutton, North Dakota who has committed to becoming a TBC Lion for the coming season.
Anderson has received many honors and awards while being involved in basketball at Midkota High School. She was a 4-year Letter Winner and led her team as a Captain for her junior and senior seasons. She was also awarded with the Stutsman County Girls Basketball All-Tournament Team for 2 seasons and was chosen for All District 5 Team her senior season.
It is clear that Anderson is an experienced and talented athlete, and she will be an excellent addition to the Trinity Bible College Lion's women's basketball team.
When asked why she made the decision to become a TBC Lion, Anderson replied,
"I chose Trinity because it is a perfect place for me to deepen my relationship with Christ and get the education I need to become a personal trainer. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone I have met is so friendly and loves Jesus. I also love the fact that I get the opportunity to continue playing basketball at Trinity, and I cannot wait to see what these next four years have in store for me!"
Coach Rachael Nowell had this to say about her new signee,
"I could not be more excited that Brenna chose Trinity to continue her education and basketball career. She is a feisty, quick guard who brings ball control, quickness, and scoring that will tremendously help our team next year! I'm looking forward to coaching her! Thank you, Brenna, for choosing to be a Lion!"
