Men's Lions Basketball Team Signs Marcellus Mencarini
The Trinity Bible College men's Lions basketball team is honored to have the addition of Marcellus Mencarini for season of 2020-2021. Mencarini is a 6'0" guard from Yorktown, Virginia. He completed his high school education at Hampton Christian Academy and is transferring to TBC from Holy Family College.
It is clear from his recognitions that Mencarini will be an incredible asset to the men's basketball team. He was named First Team for the All-Metro Conference and also received the high honor of Team MVP. His athleticism and experience will contribute greatly for this coming season.
Mencarini had this to say when asked why he chose Trinity Bible College, "I chose Trinity Bible College because I felt that it would be the best place for me to grow and develop both on and off the court." Mencarini plans to major in Business Administration while attending Trinity Bible College.
In the words of Coach Jordan Nowell, "I can't wait to add Marcellus to the team this fall! He's a leader that will add tremendous value to our team. He's a smart basketball player that works really hard! He's going to make us a lot better this fall!"
