Abbigail Wadholm Receives Student-Athlete of the Week
The Trinity Bible College cross country team had their first meet of the 2020 season on Saturday, September 12. While the men's and women's teams both had a great showing, one individual particularly stood out at the competition. Abbigail Wadholm, a freshman, finished 10th in the women's 5K division with a time of 21:50. This great accomplishment earned Wadholm the recognition of being named the NCCAA DII Women's Cross Country Student-Athlete of the Week. Her hard work and determination has been very evident in the practices leading up to this meet and it paid off. The Lions are excited to see the contributions that Wadholm will have for the team with this great result so early in her career.
