Women's Basketball Sign's Angelica Soto
Today we are excited to announce Women's Basketball has signed 5'8" guard Angelica Soto. Angelica is from El Paso, Texas, and attended Bowie High School. During her time at Bowie High School, Angelica was a 3-year letterman for varsity basketball!
Angelia had this to say when asked why she chose Trinity Bible College: "It is an opportunity to get back to what I love, playing basketball, while also getting a degree and getting closer to God. Angie will be a great addition to not only the women's basketball team but the campus as well!"
In the words of Head Coach Rachael Nowell, "It was a blessing to host Angie and her family on campus last week. Being able to meet Angie and get to see in person her passion for the game of basketball was particularly special. I am excited about having Angie run the court as a Lion this fall! She is a hard-working, versatile athlete with a quality outside shot and a strong finish at the hoop. Angie will be an excellent addition to the team!
