Lions Fall to Vikings in Tough Battle
Men’s Basketball Results Trinity Bible College Lions at Valley City State University November 8th, 2016 (Valley City State University, Valley City, ND) SCORE Valley City State University defeated Trinity Bible College 83-61.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The two teams were back and forth from the start thanks to a hot shooting start by Aaron Stemen.
The Vikings took an early lead when Stemen hit his first 5 three's and the Lions stormed out to take the lead and were up 23 to 16 with 10 minutes to play in the 1st half.
The Vikings came back to take the lead at halftime 40 to 37.
The Lions looked to keep the game close as the two teams continued to battle.
The Vikings were able to use an 18 to 9 run to put the Lions away and went on to win.
The Lions fell to the Vikings 83 to 61.
