Logan Klitzke Rewrites Lions’ 3-Point Records
Logan Klitzke, a senior on the Lions basketball team, finished his career by rewriting the Trinity Bible College Lions 3-Point Records.
During his junior season, Klitzke had sealed the records for the most 3's made in a single game (11) and most 3's made in a single season (104). However, Klitzke was determined to leave an even greater mark on TBC history by breaking his own record.
On February 12, 2021, Klitzke came out firing on all cylinders against Free Lutheran Bible College on the Lions' home court. Klitzke finished the night (only having played 21 minutes) with 13 made 3's out of 18 attempts.
As Klitzke finishes his basketball career, he now holds the TBC record for most 3's made in a career with 312, as well as most 3's attempted in a career with 979.
Klitzke is also in the record book for making the 1000th Point Club and is ranked 6th in Lions' history for total career points with 1,941.
The Lions will feel a loss as Klitzke graduates this Spring, but his athleticism and leadership have left an incredible mark on the men's basketball program.
