Region opponent NCU Stops Lady Lions

HOW IT HAPPENED 

-The Rams jumped out to a quick lead right away in the first going on a 10-2 run.

-The Lady Lions were able to comeback slowly as they ended the 1st quarter only down 5, 19 to 15.

-The Lions continued to claw their way back into the game but the Rams were able to match them bucket for bucket.

-Halftime Lions 32 Rams 37.

-The Rams would go on to have a huge 3rd quarter stretching the lead to as many as 16 points.

- The Lady Lions would do all they could to get back into the game but the Rams matched every effort they put out.

The Lions fell to the Rams 73 to 58

- The Rams shot 49 percent from the field (30/61), 20 percent on 3's (3/15) and 55 percent on FT's (10/18).

- The Lady Lions shot 53 percent from the field (23/43), 25 percent on 3's (3/12) and 53 percent on FT's (9/17).
