Bio

Karen is a proud mother of four children and two grandchildren.  She is the wife of Aaron for 29 years. She ran Cross Country at the University of Valley Forge where she was an NCCAA All- American. She has run recreationally since then and was a Boston Marathon qualifier. In addition to coaching at Trinity, she is also a high school distance track coach. She has coached Trinity runners to qualify for Nationals for 9 consecutive seasons and also coached the 2019 NCCAA Roy Bullock Recipient.
