Lions Take Play 4 Matches in 2 Days

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Lions travelled to Minneapolis, MN to take part in the NCU Invite. They played 4 matches in two days. 3 of the matches were against NCCAA North Region teams.
The 1st match against the Pilots saw the Pilots take control early and put the Lions away in straight sets, 25-9, 25-8 and 25-19.
The Lions fell to the Pilots 3 sets to 0.
The 2nd match saw the host school Rams battle with the Lions for 3 sets, as they were able to win in 3 sets, 25-13, 25-12 and 25-12
The Lions fell to the Rams 3 sets to 0.
The 3rd match was against the Pioneers and the Lions again struggle offensively and fell in straight sets 25-10, 25-8 and 25-9.
The Lions fell to the Pioneers 3 sets to 0.
The 4th and final match of the weekend was against the Eagles from Faith. The two teams battle back and forth the whole 1st set. The Eagles were able to steal set 1 28-26 and took the momentum from their winning set 2 25-9 and set 3 25-16.
The Lions fell to the Eagles 3 sets to 0.
