Lions Score over 120 in 2nd Straight Win
Men’s Basketball Results Trinity Bible College Lions vs. Providence University College Pilots January 22nd, 2017 (Ray Ulmer Fieldhouse, Ellendale, ND) SCORE Trinity Bible College defeated Providence University College 122-74.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The two teams looked ready to have another track meet as both teams scored over 100 points in the game against each other the day before.
However, the Lions were the ones that came out of the starting blocks fast, jumping out to a 13 to 2 lead in the opening 3 minutes and never looking back.
The Lions outscored the Pilots 48 to 15 in the first 12 minutes of the game and continued to find success offensively and defensively.
The Lions took a lead 72 to 35 into halftime.
It was all Lions in the 2nd half as they eclipsed the 100 point mark with over 10 minutes to play in the game.
The Lions defeated the Pilots 122 to 74.
