HOW IT HAPPENED
The Lions jumped out to a fast start using an 8 to 0 run to open the game and outscored the Mighty Mikinocks 15 to 8 in the 1st 6 minutes.
The Mighty Mikinocks battle back to within 2 points, 22 to 20 with 8 minutes left to play in the half.
The Lions outscored the Mighty Mikinocks 17 to 11 over the final minutes of the 1st half to take an 8 point lead into halftime.
The Lions led 39 to 31 at halftime.
The two teams continued to battle back and forth in the 2nd half as the Lions would push their lead and the Mighty Mikinocks would cut it down to 2 or 3.
