Lions Lose tough Battle at Home
Men’s Basketball Results Trinity Bible College Lions vs. Dakota state University Trojans November 15th, 2016 (Ray Ulmer Fieldhouse, Ellendale, ND) SCORE Dakota State University defeated Trinity Bible College 101-77.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The two teams traded baskets early but the Lions then used a run to take an early 15 to 8 lead just 5 minutes into the game.
The Trojans and Lions continued to battle back and forth throughout the 1st half. The Trojans used a 10 to 2 run to tie the game up at 28 all with 7 minutes left in the 1st half.
It was back and forth the rest of the way.
The Trojans took a 2 point lead at halftime 42 to 40.
The two teams picked up where the 1st half ended to start the 2nd half. It was back and forth.
The Trojans got hot from behind the arc and used a 12 to 4 run to take a 65-50 lead with 12 minutes left in the game.
The Lions would continue to battle back they could not cut into the Trojans lead.
The Lions fell to the Trojans 101 to 77.

-Aaron Stemen led the Lions with a double-double with 28 points on 8 for 17 from the field and 5 for 11 on three's and 12 rebounds.
-Friscoe Erdahl and Jamal Williams both pitched in 12 points for the Lions.
